Common greenhouse types in modern facility agriculture
Although my country's facility agriculture greenhouses have been developed for decades, many agricultural growers and friends who want to participate in agricultural planting still stay in the original Shouguang earth wall greenhouse form. With the construction subsidies for facility agriculture greenhouses in recent years, more and more regions have developed efficient greenhouse projects. However, many friends engaged in agriculture still have limited understanding of the current styles and functions of greenhouses, and do not know how to choose the right style of greenhouses for their agricultural parks. Today, the editor will give you a brief introduction to the common styles of greenhouses.
1. Multi-span glass greenhouse
This type of greenhouse is the most complex and high-end type of greenhouse, generally a Venlo structure, with three or four spires in one span. The top of the full glass greenhouse is generally covered with 5mm tempered glass or double-layer hollow sun panels, and the surroundings are generally covered with single-layer or double-layer hollow glass (tempered or float glass is selected by the customer). The configured system generally includes: main hot-dip galvanized steel frame, dew collection system, top and surrounding covering materials, aluminum profile system, external shading system, internal shading and heat preservation system, top window system, water curtain fan cooling system, power distribution system, drainage system, etc.
The advantages are strong environmental control, beautiful appearance, long service life, high technological content, and the disadvantage is high cost
2. Multi-span PC sun panels
This type of greenhouse is currently the most commonly used multi-span greenhouse type, and it also belongs to the Venlo structure. In order to reduce the weight of the top, the top cover is replaced with 8mm PC sun panels, and the surroundings are covered with double-layer hollow sun panels. The configured system is the same as the full glass greenhouse: main hot-dip galvanized steel frame, dew collection system, top and surrounding covering materials, aluminum profile system, external shading system, internal shading and heat preservation system, top window system, water curtain fan cooling system, power distribution system, drainage system, etc.
3. Multi-span film greenhouse
A multi-span film greenhouse refers to a type of greenhouse with a single span, multiple spans, multiple arches, rain gutters, and a large span structure, with a single layer of film covering the top and sides. The span of a multi-span film greenhouse is generally 8.0m, the bay is generally 4.0m, the eaves height is generally 3.0m, the ridge height is about 4.95m, and the height of the external shading system is 5.5m (if it contains an external shading system). The configuration system is the same as that of a full glass greenhouse: the main body hot-dip galvanized steel frame, the top and surrounding covering materials, the external shading system, the internal shading and insulation system, the top window system, the water curtain fan cooling system, the power distribution system, the drainage system, etc.
4. Energy-saving solar greenhouse
The energy-saving solar greenhouse, also known as the warm shed, is a type of greenhouse unique to northern my country. The energy-saving solar greenhouse is a unique facility in my country. It is a greenhouse that is not heated indoors. Even in the coldest winter, it only relies on sunlight to maintain a certain temperature level indoors to meet the needs of vegetable crop growth. Energy-saving solar greenhouses mainly rely on the natural warmth of sunlight and nighttime heat preservation to maintain indoor temperature. Usually used as a low-temperature greenhouse, it is more commonly used in the north. It is generally used to prevent frost and cold for late flowers or to raise seedlings before thawing in early spring.
5. Single arch shed
The single arch shed, commonly known as the cold shed, is a simple and practical protected cultivation facility. Due to its easy construction, convenient use and low investment, it has been widely used in various parts of my country with the development of the plastic industry. The main purpose of this simplest single arch shed is to allow vegetables and fruits to be "early in spring and late in autumn" to achieve staggered listing and obtain higher returns.
