2. Project implementation
Design and planning
The Moroccan modular housing project adopts a modern design concept, focusing on environmental protection and sustainable development. The planned land area of the entire project is 100,000 square meters, and 500 modular houses are planned to be built. The design of each house fully considers the local climatic conditions and cultural characteristics, and adopts advanced technologies such as insulation and ventilation to ensure the comfort of living.
Production and transportation
The production of modular houses is carried out in China. The company uses advanced automated production lines to decompose the houses into multiple modules for standardized production. Each module completes the structural construction, interior decoration and equipment installation in the factory to ensure product quality and construction efficiency. After production is completed, the modules are shipped to Morocco by sea. The entire transportation process took about 45 days, during which the company took strict protective measures to ensure the safety and integrity of the modules.
