With the continuous development of facility agriculture, the construction scale of film greenhouses as important facilities for agricultural cultivation is increasing. When building film greenhouses, the correct installation of greenhouse films is a relatively important technical link.
1. Before installation and use, greenhouse films must be stored in a shaded and dry place, and must not be exposed to the sun and rain. If installed in winter, the agricultural film must be placed at room temperature (2-3 degrees ℃) before installation to prevent the accelerated aging of the greenhouse film.
2. In the structure of the greenhouse film greenhouse, the main frame of the greenhouse is generally a steel structure, and all connectors and standard parts must not use dirty and rusty components. At the same time, avoid using exposed sharp corners. For exposed sharp corners, wrap them with small pieces of film or transparent tape to prevent tearing the greenhouse film.
3. When installing the greenhouse film, the film needs to be tightened and flattened to avoid affecting the use effect. Greenhouse films generally have multiple functions such as light transmission, heat preservation, drip prevention, and dust prevention. Tightening and flattening are more conducive to the light transmission of greenhouses, thereby increasing the photosynthetic efficiency of crops.
4. Pay attention to the front and back sides when installing greenhouse films. The front and back sides of greenhouse films are generally marked. Install the front and back sides according to the instructions. If installed improperly, it will not only fail to play its due function, but also seriously affect the service life of the film.
5. The greenhouse film should be laid from the top along the horizontal direction of the shed. The second layer should be pressed down by the first layer at least 20 cm at the intersection of the two layers. In this way, all the greenhouse films are laid, and the two ends of the greenhouse film are nailed to the wall with wooden strips.
6. The film should not be installed when the temperature is too high, because the film at this moment expands due to heat, and when the temperature drops, the film will shrink, causing cracking and tearing. If it is installed in summer, it is generally installed in the morning or evening when the temperature is relatively low and the wind is small. If it is winter construction, it is generally installed at noon when the wind is small.
7. When installing greenhouse film, if it breaks, it is advisable to use special film repair tape to repair it. If there is no film repair tape, you can also use transparent tape instead of repairing.
